Justin’s PB&J Cup(id) Cakes

Be still my Peanut Butter and Jelly lovin’ heart. This cupcake is calling me. “I LOOOOOVE YOU, Justin” it cries. Oh sweetie, the feeling is mutual. If this strawberry cupcake stuffed with peanut butter deliciousness doesn’t steal your heart, well, pass it over. Will you be mine?

Now, making these beauties is a lot easier than you’d think.
Step 1: Whip up a batch of your favorite strawberry (or any flavored) cupcakes. Cool completely.
Step 2: Once cooled, slice the top off of each cupcake using a serrated knife.

Step 3: With a small cookie cutter, punch out a heart from the top of the cupcake. Yes, you can eat this little bite. And by that, I mean you should eat this little bite.
Step 4: Dust the tops with powdered sugar for a little extra prettiness.

Step 5: Fill the center of each cupcake bottom with about a tablespoon of Peanut Butter.
Step 6: Place the cupcake tops back on the bottoms and voila! The sweetest little PB&J Cup(id) Cakes you ever did see.
